Amsterdam - Wie Arti Choc binnenstapt, waant zich in een levensgrote bonbondoos. De uitstraling en de overheerlijke geur van échte chocolade verraden de ambachtelijkheid van al het lekkers dat op de overvolle tafels uitgesteld ligt. Alles bij Arti Choc is handwerk. Van het mengen van de beste grondstoffen tot het onderdompelen van de bonbons in vloeibare chocolade. Het gebruik van chocolade met een hoog cacaogehalte en het weglaten van suiker en smaakstoffen zijn de basis van de zuivere smaak van de bonbons. In het open atelier worden de bonbons met veel zorg gemaakt. Het assortiment bestaat uit exquise vullingen met verse noten, kruiden en vruchten. Ook zijn er bijzondere bonboncreaties met jasmijnthee, limoen en basilicum. Op verzoek is alles in chocolade te maken. Van diverse objecten tot bedrijfslogos. Kortom, voor elke gelegenheid is er wel iets te vinden.

When you step in to the shop, it’s just as if you’ve entered a wonder world that appears to consist of a life size chocolate box. The irresistible smell of real chocolate that invades your senses instantly betrays the masterful quality of all the tasty morsels that surround you in abundance on all the overcrowded tables. Everything that Arti Choc produces is handmade; right from the mixing of the specially selected prime raw materials through to the immersion of the bonbons in liquid chocolate. The fact that they use chocolate containing a high percentage of pure cocoa together with the deliberate omission of all sugar and added flavours result in the purity of taste. Their range consists of chocolates containing exquisite fillings made up from mixtures of nuts, herbs and a variety of fruits. Then again they have their own special ‘bonbon’ creations filled with jasmine tea, lime and basil. By special arrangement, almost anything can be made from chocolate, ranging from chocolate-objects of all manner right through to the chocolate corporate logo.
