Gossip Girl bestaat alweer 10 jaar. In en interview met Glamour US vertelt Zuzanna Szadkwoski dat zij (Dorota) en haar tegenspeelster Leighton Meester (a.k.a. Blair Waldorf) elkaar nog steeds in real life spreken.
Toen in 2007 de pilot aflevering van de serie Gossip Girl werd uitgezonden op CW ging het vooral om de mooiste designer kleding en wie is het leukste vriendje. Dan, Nate of toch badboy Chuck? In een interview met Glamour laat Zuzanna Szadkowski weten hoe het voor haar was om in deze serie te spelen en welke tegenspelers ze ook echt nog spreekt:
"I'm very close with Leighton because she and I spent a lot of time working together and we developed a real friendship. She's one of the nicest things for me about having even worked on the show; my friendship with her is really special to me."
Ook vertelt de Gossip Girl-actrice dat zij veel heeft geleerd van brunette.
"She's a great actor and is funny and has great comic timing, and she knew a lot about working on camera. For me it was a little newer because I'd done a lot more theater before I did the show, so even from the beginning I learned a lot from her."
